WARRANTY AND RETURN OF AN ITEM.
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments through which we try to offer fast and efficient attention to our customers.
MosquitoHouse.com guarantees the quality of its products. The buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to make any return as long as the item is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. After this period we will not be able to accept returns.
In the case of returns due to a defect in the product, MOSQUITOHOUSE will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. In other cases, such as an error in the order by the customer, change of mind regarding color, model, etc., the shipping and replacement costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost will be the corresponding home delivery cost.
Once the material has been received in our warehouse, our staff will proceed to review it and, if applicable, the amount of the product or products purchased will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any costs arising from the return, if any, will be deducted from this amount.

IMPORTANT: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY HANDLED OR REMOVED FROM THEIR PACKAGING BE ACCEPTED, EVEN IF THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED IN THE INDICATED CONDITIONS, WE WILL RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.
