HOW TO BUY:

Buying in our store is very simple and the following options can be chosen:

PAYMENT:

You can pay your purchases as follows:

• Credit Cart Visa or Servired.
• Bank transfer: transfer to La Caixa or Cajamar, indicating your order number. If transfer is not made within 7 calendar days, the entry order will be canceled.
• Paypal: to the e-mail mosquitohouse@mosquitohouse.com with a charge of 3,5%.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

• Spain and Portugal: Shipping costs are 5.95 EUR / 7.00 USD / 4.60 GBP per order. For shipments to the peninsula and Balearic Islands, delivery is made within 24/48 hours from the day payment is made efective and provided the order is received before 14.00 h. Shipment is made with MRW.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping costs are 9.90 EUR / 13.70 USD / 9.00 GBP per order and shipments are made with POST, blue package if the order weighs more than 2 Kg. and urgent letter if less than 2 Kg. Delivery of shipments made by POST may vary. A shipment identification number is provided for tracking in www.correos.es
• International: Shipping charges are calculated automatically when ordering, the amount depends on the country and weight of the order. Shipment is made with CORREOS or DHL. For more detailed information, please visit Shipment Information on the menu.

WARRANTY AND RETURN OF AN ITEM:

Our customer service department provides after-sales service to solve any problem with our products or shipments through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.

MosquitoHouse.com guarantees the quality of their products. The buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery for any return. If returns or exchanges are due to a defect in the product or workmanship, we will arrange the shipping costs generated. In other cases, eg: error of the order by the customer, shipping and return are borne by the buyer.

IMPORTANT: ITEMS WHICH HAVEN BEEN HANDLED OR WITHDRAWN FROM ITS PACKAGE SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED EVEN IF THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
