There is a minimum charge of EUR 19.95, which is calculated automatically when you place your order, as it depends on the volumetric weight of the shipment.
Free shipping on orders over EUR 150.
Orders received before 1 p.m. are shipped on the same day.
Delivery time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination country.
Once GLS has collected the order from our warehouses, we will send you an email notification.
You will also receive an email notification from GLS with a link to track your order.

SPAIN (MAINLAND) AND PORTUGAL - Standard shipping: delivery within 24/48 hours:

Free shipping on orders over £24.95. If the order is less than £24.95, shipping costs £3.95.
Orders received before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.
Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours from the date of shipment between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The MORNING DELIVERY option is also available. In this case, the order is delivered between 8.30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the working day following the day of shipment. This delivery option costs EUR 9.95 and is only available for deliveries within mainland Spain.

BALEARIC ISLANDS - Shipping to the Balearic Islands:

This option is only for shipments to the Balearic Islands.
It has a minimum cost of EUR 4.95 and is calculated automatically when placing the order, as it depends on the volumetric weight of the shipment.
Delivery takes place within 48/72 hours from the date of shipment between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Orders received before 1 p.m. are shipped on the same day.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA - Shipping with Correos to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

This option is only for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
It has a minimum cost of EUR 11.95 and is calculated automatically when placing the order as it depends on the volumetric weight of the shipment.
Depending on the weight, it will be sent as a registered letter or as a blue parcel.

Orders from these countries will be made with a 21% discount corresponding to Spanish VAT, which these countries do not have to pay. The recipient must pay the corresponding customs duties and VAT in their country of destination.

The prices of products sold on www.mosquitohouse.com include 21% VAT in Spain. This price may vary depending on the destination country. According to current legislation, for customers with shipping addresses within the European Union, the VAT stipulated in the local legislation of each country always applies. The final price of the item will be reflected at the end of the purchase.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the price will reflect a 21% discount corresponding to Spanish VAT, which these countries do not have to pay. The recipient will pay the customs and VAT charges applicable in their country.

WARRANTY AND RETURN OF AN ITEM.

Our customer service department has an after-sales service to resolve any issues with our items or deliveries, through which we strive to offer fast and efficient service to our customers.

MosquitoHouse.com guarantees the quality of its products. The buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to make any return, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

In the case of returns due to product defects, MOSQUITOHOUSE will cover the shipping costs incurred. In other cases, such as order errors on the part of the customer, change of mind regarding colour, model, etc., the shipping and replacement costs will be borne by the buyer. The cost will be the same as for home delivery.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, our staff will check them and, if appropriate, refund the amount of the product(s) purchased using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any costs incurred in returning the goods will be deducted from this amount.
